TRIANON, June 4, 1920
The most devastating tragedy in her history struck Hungary on this date, when the Peace Treaty of Trianon was forced upon the Hungarians. Hungary accepted every fugitive, or who wanted to make a home there, but as a reward this 1000 year old state was butchered and broken up into pieces. 71.4% of her territory, 63.6% of her population and all her valuable assets below and on the surface was given to neighboring and newly formed countries.
In 1914 the world was set afire with a shot in Sarajevo, that killed the Crown Prince of the Monarchy who hated Hungarians but was adored by Czechs and Romanians. Austria declared war on Serbia, and World War I began. Count Istvan Tisza and a group of the Hungarian Parliament tried desperately to keep Hungary out of the war, but this was impossible, since the Emperor of Austria was also the King of Hungary and Bohemia. Strangely enough, five years later only the Hungarians were punished by the Peace Treaty forced upon them by the victors. The Czechs, who had fought also on the side of Austria received the entire northern part of Hungary! It is interesting to know \"who got what\", as today 9 countries share Hungarian territory:
1. Poland: High-Carpathian Country
2. Austria: Western Pannonia
3. Italy: Fiume, the only access for Hungarians to the sea
4. Slovenia: South-Western Hungary (Muraköz)
5. Croatia: Besides their former own country along the Dalmatian Coast, four times as much from the Hungarian South
6. Serbia: Bácska, part of Bánát, part of Szerémség (South Hungary)
7. Rumania: Transylvania, Bánát, part of the Great Plain
8. Ukraine: Sub-Carpathia
9. Slovakia: The Northern Highland
Hungary is the only country in the world, which is surrounded by herself!

TRIANON - 1920. június 4.
Ez a legszomorúbb dátum Magyarország történetében. Ezen a napon kényszerítették Magyarországra a hírhedt trianoni békaparancsot, mely a legaljasabb merénylet volt az ezeréves magyar nemzet ellen, mely mindenkor a keresztény Nyugat védobástyájaként teljesítette európai feladatát. Ezer éven át minden menekültet és otthont keresot befogadott. Hálából Trianonban feldarabolták és odaajéndékoztak a koncra éhes szomszédoknak. Ma már kilenc ország bitorol magyar területet.
1914-ben egyetlen lövés elegendo volt, hogy lángba boruljon a világ. Sarajevo utcáján egy szerb orgyilkos lelotte a csehek és románok által kedvelt osztrák-magyar trónörököst, aki nyílt ellensége volt a magyaroknak. A magyar országgyulés egy csoportja kétségbeesetten próbálta megorizni a magyar nemzet semlegességét, sikertelenül. Ennek ellenére, öt évvel késobben Magyarországra mérték ki a gyoztes hatalmak a legsúlyosabb büntetést: az ezeréves Magyarországot kíméletlenül feldarabolták. Több mint három millió magyar idegen megszállás alá került és üldöztetésnek, zaklatásnak, mérhetetlenül sok szenvedésnek lett kitéve. Az országot minden természeti kincsétol megfosztott az igazságtalan békeparancs. Milliók lettek földönfutóvá.
Magyarország elvesztette területének 71.5%-át, lakosságának 63.6%-át. Magyarország az egyetlen ország a világon, amelyik kizárólag önmagával határos!
