BUDAPEST, Invincible City in the Heart of Europe - a literary evening with THE HUNGARIAN QUARTERL (Date/Exp. Jan. 27, 2004)
Submitted by: News on 20th January, 2004 - 12:13 - #538

The Hungarian Cultural Center presents

BUDAPEST, Invincible City in the Heart of Europe,
a literary evening featuring actors from the Threshold Theater Company
and hosted by Miklós Vajda, editor of THE HUNGARIAN QUARTERLY

Budapest, the "Pearl of the Danube," a beautiful, much-beleaguered and ever-
reborn city, is depicted in documents, poems and prose, as Hungarian and
foreign poets, writers and historians saw it - a fascinating anthology in
English from the pages of THE HUNGARIAN QUARTERLY.
