Dear Sir,
Your disrespectful attack on the Prime Minister of Hungary Mr. Viktor Orbán and your past attack on Mr. Václav Klaus, the first President of the Czech Republic, harmed the Green Party and the European environmental movement as a whole.
As a former Green Party candidate for the Parliament of Hungary and as the editor of the American "Environmental Engineers' Handbook" I must say that your insulting ranting, - containing not a single fact, only a flood of baseless insults and showing that you did not even read the document which you were attacking -, damaged the credibility of the whole environmental movement.
Mr. Daniel Cohn-Bendit, you should understand that it is not only the left side of the planet that is endangered by global warming, that the future of human civilization will be imperiled if our voice is not heard and believed and for that reason it is essential that our enviromental movement be credible and respected. It is essential that our movement be above party politics, respected and credible.
Your baseless demagoguery damaged not only the Green Party of Hungary, but the whole European environmental movement.
